The CAVX Corrector [Correction Element for the MK3]

DISCONTINUED

The CAVX Corrector brings the MK3 Aussiemorphic lens into in the same performance level as the other two major prism lenses currently on the market, allowing pixel level clarity in its operating range.
The CAVX Corrector is supplied with a mounting kit for existing MK3 lens owners so that you can upgrade your image quickly and easily.

This quick screen capture shows the difference between the MK3 lens with [left hand side] and without [right hand side] the CAVX Corrector. The CAVX Corrector is cylindrical, so it won't change the image height, it just brings the image into focus. It will not deliver a level of performance equal to that of a true cylindrical lens like the Aussiemorphic MK5 anamorphic lens as it is still only a single lens and is not adjustable. However, whilst the screen cap may not show it, the image is pretty amazing from a lens costing less that half that of the MK4. If you own an MK3 and can not afford the upgrade to the MK5, then you seriously need to take a look at the CAVX Corrector.

With close to 150 MK3s now allowing HT enthusiasts to project CinemaScope images, if you don't already have this unit, now is the time to place your order.
If you would like to be a part of the initial CAVX Corrector launch, please feel free to contact me by email HERE.
